About the event
The Association of Disabled Lawyers and Middle Temple Young Barristers Association present Disability History Month: Past, Present and Future. We will explore the history of disabled people at the Bar. The event will speak about the first disabled people in the profession and the difficulties they faced. The speakers will talk about their experiences and the improvements that need to be made for equality at the Bar. We will also cover this year’s Disability History Month topic, ‘disability, health and wellbeing’.
There will be live entertainment throughout. The Association of Disabled Lawyers will be launching its new logos and announcing five new projects.
